Ceramic Tableware

Royal Copenhagen is perhaps the best known porcelain manufacturer in Denmark producing decorative and functional tableware in 1775. Part of their continued strength has been to buy in the talents of great designers and artists as well as buying other porcelain manufacturers who could add to the skills in their company.

In 1969 Royal Copenhagen bought Aluminia Faience a pottery who produced simple porcelain designs from 1903. These clean lines were executed with fine materials and highly coloured glaze. In Denmark they are sort after as they represent the simple style of the beginning of the last century.
